I love the uniqueness of this sport. You can be very creative and expressive. I love to compete with my friends who are my teammates and also travel with them. I have the best time at practice with my synchro family. My coaches, teammates, and I laugh a lot. I love that this sport has introduced me to this team who has become my family. We are all there for each other and that's a love that can't be described.
My teammates inspire me the most because they always try hard and never give up and are really good. My coaches inspire me with their amazing creativity which challenges me. My teammates and coaches motivate me to try my best.
My proudest moment was Junior Olympics 2025, after Camilla competed her solo and her score was revealed. Camilla received the highest score for her routine. To have witnessed my daughter’s hard work and dedication all season long and seeing the results of her efforts and her reaction was the best feeling. I shed so many tears. All I wanted to do was run to her, hold her, and tell her how proud I was. When I finally did both Camilla and I were crying. She placed 10th in the country.
