Whether it be electric or gas kart racing, Eyal has a dominating need for speed. “Going fast is something I love,” says Eyal,”and I always only want to find ways to go faster.”
Eyal says his Dad and Max Verstappen inspire him most. Eyal and his Dad dedicate every Sunday to driving 2 or more hours, 98 miles to an outdoor gas kart racing track to make sure to practice and work on Eyal’s gas kart engine and get ready for their next race. As a father-son team, the chemistry makes sparks fly! Verstappen is Eyal’s favorite professional race car driver because he has four Formula 1 World Championships! Eyal says he wants to be just like him when he grows up.
Eyal says his proudest moment in his racing career has to be the first time he placed 1st while electric kart racing at K1 Thousand Oaks. Though Eyal does currently hold the all-time track record, he says the first time he placed 1st was the most memorable. Eyal says it’s what jump-started his love for the sport. From then on, that race started his burning passion for going fast and competing. Originally, we accidentally stumbled upon Eyal’s gift of being able to go so fast. Now it’s our life.
