Liam is a kind hearted and gives everything he has for all the sports he play. He enjoys football, basketball, Archery and baseball.

Liam loves playing with his friends, and by playing multiple sports allows him to hang out with kids not only in his grade but both older and younger. Also, by playing sport it allows kids to.just be kids and enjoy the time with others and making friends with others who share in the same interests.
Liam's brother inspires him. He older brother Mark, was diagnosed with Achondroplasia when he was little, which makes it so he can't play contact sports. Liam enjoys playing many sports because he knows his brother can't but he wants too. Mark helps Liam understand what he can do on the team to be better. It is almost like Liam has a personal coach in his brother, and Liam doesn't want to let him down.
Recently Liam was playing in a baseball game and a player on the opposing team came up to bat. Liam's team was down and they were a little down in the dumps. This player can up to bat and hit a homerun. As the kid ran around the bases Liam gave him a high five as he rounded third to get to home base. Sometimes it is hard to be positive when you are down, but being happy for a kid on the opposing team regardless of the score, is an awesome show of character.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
