What is Youth Athlete of the Year?
Learn MoreWhat I love most about baseball is that no matter what is going on, I can step onto the field, focus, and give it my best. Whether we win or lose, I always try to stay positive, learn from my mistakes, and keep pushing myself to get better. Baseball has taught me to never give up, work hard, and carry that same mindset into life.
My family is my biggest inspiration. They have trained with me, supported me, and pushed me my entire life. I know how much time and hard work they have put into helping me become the athlete I am today. That motivates me to keep working hard and never give up. I want all of our hard work to mean something, and I want to make them proud by giving everything I have every time I step on the field.
At some point, he realized baseball is about way more than just who wins or loses. It’s really a little strategy lesson for life. Sometimes you’re up to bat, sometimes you’re out in the field, and sometimes you’re just trying not to get yelled at by your coach! 😂 But no matter where you are, it takes a team to play the game and an even better team to win it. Some days you hit a home run, and other days you strike out. That’s life. What matters most is how you pick yourself back up, keep playing
