Sir-Ameer loves the thrill of competition.. whether launching off the blocks or throwing a combination in the ring.. Sir-Ameer is addicted to doing his best to beat the stopwatch &/or whoever is in the opposing corner on the opposite side of the ring, because both prove that his progress depends on no one but himself, his discipline, and his relentless drive.
Sir-Ameer says that “watching his parents wake up at 4am to go to work everyday, then come home to support him in his sports practices after work motives him..” he recognizes the importance of the physical, emotional and financial sacrifices his parents make to put him in the best position possible to be great.
The proudest moment I witnessed with Sir-Ameer was him receiving the New Jersey Junior Olympics Higher Achiever Award at the 2026 New Jersey Amateur Boxing Hall of Fame Ceremony. Receiving this award at 13 felt like proof that all the hard work was actually building toward something real. It wasn't just about the medal itself, but about standing alongside the best competitors in the state and knowing he earned his place alongside them. Doubters silenced, Sir-Ameer is determined for greatness.
