She love to compete and learning new skills and techniques. When she first showed interest in sports, she played on a team where she was the only girl. She did not let that discourage her. The coach always said “she is the toughest one on the team”.
Mom. I am her biggest fan! She say her mom inspires her the most on and off the court because I always have encouraging words for her at the end. Good or bad game, I let her know she gave it her all. She is a huge fan of Flau’jae. She wants to attend LSU after high school. I let her know Flau’jae have good and bad games too, but she just work harder and work on the mistakes she feel she made in the game.
It was the championship game of her middle school season, she fouled out early in the game. She cried almost a whole quarter. But after she got herself together, she was the biggest supporter of her team from the bench. She didn’t let that discourage her. Every time her teammates scored she was jumping up cheering. She was the captain of the team and she motivated them to becoming the champions. I was the proudest because even though she was hurt and upset, she still was a team player.
