When I see them giving it their all at practices. Regarding their conditions or weather temps. Regarding how tired they are from school and other life events. Many years still refuse to quit and continue going hard at practices. A lot they want from themselves to continue working towards their goals and fighting giving it laughs, tears, sweat, blood. I see the hunger the love in their hearts they show on the field. I see the love of kindness towards their teammates and respect towards coaches.
