You decide who will be named Youth Athlete of the Year, featured in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and take home $25,000
AJ loves the sense of belonging to a team that he can contribute his skills and talent to. He is the most versatile player on the field/court. His character confidence and humbling nature make him a better player. He is a leader and loves to build his team mates up. His positive attitude and passion for the sport is unmatched. His dedication to the team is evident. He plays with heart and spirit.
His dad and uncle who played football inspired him to become the player he is. From the day he was born he had a football in his hand from his uncle Joique Bell who played in the NFL. Football is his life. As a child he witnessed and watched highlights from every college and NFL game his father and uncle played. He is critical on himself as he wants to make them proud. There is not a day that goes bye or has gone by from when he was young that I can recall not seeing him play sports.
One moment is hard to definitively say as there has been many. What we are most proud of is that his dedication and unwavering commitment to sports and his team has not affected his academic performance. One proud moment that stands out was winning the state championship with the boys and girls club. He also won MVP in basketball for his middle school team. He is so deserving of this honor to be athlete of the year. He works so hard day in day out to continue to grow and improve his skills.
