What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Aaron loves the camaraderie, the competition, the science behind the sports, seeing his progress, and the athleticism.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

On and off the field would be his older brother, Everett. He is a very disciplined athlete, is headed to a D1 school, coaches him in both of his sports, and shows him to not only be a better athlete, but a better person in general.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The team energy was off, and they ended up losing a big game. After the game, the coach spoke with the team and then asked if anyone had anything to add. Aaron decided to speak up. He spoke to his team about teamwork and the need to encourage instead of blaming each other out on the field. He said everyone can hear the comments, and it's very distracting and discouraging to hear the negative comments during the game. He said "we need to treat each other better, we all make mistakes."
