Addison loved playing rep hockey, rep soccer, volleyball, cross country running, ultimate frisbee, and tumbling gymnastics. She enjoys the physical aspect of the activities and developing her skills but also the fun and camaraderie she experiences with her teammates and coaches.
Addison is inspired by the many professional athletes that she see on TV but also the older players, siblings, and teammates that she see on a daily basis. They are always rooting for each other and providing support for developing to be stronger players and teammates but also better people overall.
There are so many proud moments but would say the most prevalent would be that Addison asked to play rep soccer and be a keeper this year. While this was a seemingly daunting task, she faced the challenge head on. Through her perseverance with various development clinics, team practices and extra keeper training, she has earned herself "player of the game" multiple times for her performance in the net. Her dedication has been inspiring.
