She loves the team atmosphere and challenging herself. She sets goals and works hard until she achieves them. Being a girl in hockey has been hard for her, but she’s proven to so many her worth. She’s never given up and has always worked her hardest making sure she’s at her best.
If you ask her she would say…..McDavid. His skill level in hockey is like no other. But also the way he speaks and motivates his team mates is something that she sees as a great asset of being a leader. She’s always looking to be a better player which inspires a fire inside of her.
She had a broken arm and a broken leg when she was 6. She wasn’t interested in physio so we put her in hockey for the first time. Watching her go from the kid on the ice who could hardly skate or get to the puck to the hockey player that she is today makes me so proud of her ambition. Her dedication is like no other practicing every single day for hours, no matter if it’s raining or snowing her stride for success makes me the proudest. Coming.
