Adrian loves the competitive nature of baseball — the mental chess match between pitcher and hitter, and how every pitch can change the game. He thrives in pressure moments and enjoy always finding ways to improve.
His dad inspires him both on and off the field. He taught him how to play the game when he was little, but more than that, showed him what it means to work hard, stay humble, and never give up — no matter what life throws at you. His support and example drive Adrian every day.
One of my proudest moments was when my child came back stronger after an injury. Instead of feeling sorry for himself, he stayed committed to his recovery, worked harder than ever, and showed real mental toughness. Watching him get back on the field and on that mound with even more drive made me incredibly proud.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
