Ahmoy loves that there are multiple events she can participate and grow in. She loves to compete to see if she can be the best. She likes to try new races each year to challenge herself.
Her Father, inspires her the most because he knows a lot about Track and Field even though he played football in the NFL. Everyday she goes on the track he teaches her something new to get better. Gabby Thomas is her favorite because she went to Harvard and does well in track also.
Last Year at IMG Academy's annual FLYRA she dropped her personal best time by 10 seconds which is extremely difficult. This year at the AAU region 10 district qualifiers, Ahmoy earned 1st place out of 13 young ladies in the Long Jump.
