One of the proudest moments in my son’s basketball journey isn’t tied to a single game—it’s his resilience. Despite losing his grandmother and brother, facing my own health challenges, and often feeling like an outsider on teams, he never gave up. Most kids his age would’ve quit, but he stayed committed, worked harder, and kept pushing toward his goals. His strength, focus, and positive mindset through adversity are what truly make me proud.
