Mater Angila is her role model to become a black belt. She teaches her respect and is a positive role model. Has her lead classes to teacher other students. Coach Lori Benetton is amazing always encouraging her and is helping her achieve goals in skating. Her other coach Monique brewer is always helping on and off ice getting her stronger. mom and dad always give her encouragement to keep going even when there are bad days.
The most memorable moment was this year at a skating competition in Boise. She wasn’t confident that she could compete against kids 6 years older than her. Coach Monique was there to walk her through her fears and helped her she skated her hardest and took first place out of 6 other competitors. In a level that she had only started two months prior.
