The inspiration comes from her village of supporters- parents, siblings, coaches, teammates and mentors. Understanding that everyone has sacrificed something to help her achieve and chase a passion of hers.
A moment in her athletic journey that makes me the proudest is being told that she was not tall enough, strong enough to be a starter on a team which fueled a fire deep inside her and she is now the starting PG on her school and AAU team. We always tell her ‘height doesn’t measure heart’
