Just before the season started, she faced an unexpected gym switch that threw her off balance. As if that wasn’t enough, she soon found herself dealing with both upper and lower body injuries. Compounded by a wave of anxiety and depression, leaving her feeling disconnected from the sport she loved. Instead of allowing these challenges to consume her, she realized that while she couldn’t participate physically, she still had the ability to be her teammates loudest and proudest supporter.
