My child loves playing basketball because it’s fun, exciting, and helps them feel strong and confident. They enjoy being part of a team, playing with friends, and feel proud every time they make a basket.
My child is inspired by their friends — seeing them try hard, cheer each other on, and have fun together motivates them to do their best and keep improving.
One moment that makes me the proudest is seeing how much she’s grown over the past two years. Her dedication, hard work, and love for the game truly shine through — especially now as she is playing for her 3-on-3 summer tournaments. Watching her give it her all and set big goals, like trying out for the elite team, fills me with so much pride.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
