To stand up and say, my mental health needs work in front of the entire world on the biggest stage for a gymnast is touching, and inspiring for all young athletes, not just gymnasts.
I don't have a single moment, but compounded events. She struggles with Beam. I have seen her fall countless times, in practice and competition, but always gets back up. She doesn't let the fear of falling stop her from getting back on and landing the hard tricks.
