What I love most about playing volleyball is the adrenaline rush when the ball is in play and everyone is counting on each other. I feel powerful when I serve, focused on making every set perfectly so my team can score a point, and proud when we win as a team. It's not just a sport; it's where I feel alive, make friends, and push myself to get better every day. Volleyball is my passion and my happy place.
Madisen Skinner inspires me because she plays with so much passion, strength, and attitude. I love how she always gives her all on the court and never gives up. I want to play like her, with that incredible energy and being a leader for my team. She motivates me to train harder, improve every day, and dream big, just like she did.
I've always been super proud of her, she's always given her best, improving every day, but the most recent was at the AAU National Championships when she played 4 days in a row with a knee injury, without having a replacement, 14 games, without complaints, only with passion, love and with her heart on the court, because she knew that her team trusted her and she didn't want to let them down.
