What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Archer loves most about archery is that it's fun and shooting arrows at a target is cool. She gets to learn new things each time she shoots and loves to see how she gets better. She also loves shooting balloons! And she loves that her name is Archer and she does archery. :)

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

There is an archer name Erika Damsbo who has Type 1 diabetes like Archer. She shows and makes Archer feel she can be powerful and do anything and that Type 1 diabetes won't stop her. Erika is a spokesperson for Type 1 in regard to being proud and letting others know that they can do whatever it is set their minds to despite Type 1.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

A proud moment for us is when Archer took 3rd place in her first archery competition. She showed up, stayed focused, and didn't let the nerves get to her.
