Asher loves football because it pushes him to be the best version of himself. He loves the challenge of learning, competing, and finding ways to get better. He loves the bond with my teammates, knowing they are all working toward the same goal. There’s nothing like watching Asher step on the field, leading his team, and making plays when it matters. It’s not just about winning—it’s about the grind, the lessons, and those friendships.
I’m inspired by my parents because they always support me and push me to do my best. My coaches and teammates inspire me because we believe in each other and work hard together. And I really look up to Josh Allen because he’s fearless, a true leader, and shows that with determination and hard work, you can go far.
One of my proudest moments with Asher was his 9U season. He went in as the backup QB but never complained or quit. Instead, he stepped up wherever the team needed him and became a starting linebacker all season. But he didn’t let go of his dream to be QB—he worked relentlessly in the gym and on the field, and a year later he earned the starting job. He’s never looked back. Watching his determination and resilience makes me proud beyond words.”
