Ashleigh values the camaraderie of being on a team. She stays in touch with teammates in the off-season, shares what she’s learned, and helps others grow. She loves team bonding, making new friends, and being part of something bigger—sharing in both success and loss.
Ashleigh is inspired by her teammates, who constantly push her to be better and never give up. Off the field, her greatest inspiration is her mother, who overcame adversity and returned to school to build a better life for them. Her resilience and determination motivate Ashleigh every day.
While going to Pop Warner Nationals twice was amazing, I’m most proud of Ashleigh when she pushes through struggles and still gives her best. What stands out most is how she lifts others when they’re down—offering support, encouragement, or simply listening. That’s what makes me proud as her dad.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
