God inspires Asiah to be her best and have faith in knowing she can be whomever she wants to be, despite the odds. Because with God nothing is impossible. Also, Asiah’s many host of family members and coaches also inspire her as well because she trust their feedback and wants to grow in everything she does.
One of the many moments I was proud is when Asiah, willingly and with joy, took on the opportunity to mentor smaller children at a basketball camp where she taught them skill sets, the game and how to maintain a positive attitude. I pride myself on my children serving others and paying it forward. She did just that.
