My coaches inspire me to be a better teammate and player. Rose Lavelle is a player who inspires me. We not only share the same name but we also play the same position on the field! She has taught me to respect your teammates but also to play with integrity.
A moment that makes me feel proud of Aubrey is when she is out of her comfort zone on the field. Recently she has changed positions on the pitch, from defender to attacking midfield and it was tough at first but she persevered. She gets to grow as a player and mentally challenges herself. I’m also proud of when she becomes a leader on the team, she challenges them to be better while cheering them on and it is great to watch!
