"I love track and field because I get to work out and lift weights! It makes me feel strong and powerful. I like practicing hard and seeing how much better I can get. Training helps me stay focused. My favorite part is beating my personal best and having fun with my team. I get to travel, meet new friends, and show what I can do. Track makes me feel proud of myself!"
