Shorty is inspired by her family, who always believe in her and encourage her to chase her goals. On the court, she looks up to Steph Curry—someone who proved that heart, skill, and hard work can beat the odds. His journey reminds her that greatness isn’t about size—it’s about belief and dedication.
One of our proudest moments was watching Shorty compete in the Elks Hoop Shoot. She won every round leading up to the final and earned the chance to shoot at the Chicago Sky arena. Her focus, drive, and grace under pressure were incredible. Even without the final win, she made it further than mostand inspired everyone watching.
