My proudest moment was the day she decided she loved swimming when she was 6. The first couple weeks were tough going from hardly swimming to swimming continuous laps for 45-60 minutes. Every day we talked through how hard it was and everyday we said, “just try one more day” and she did. The end of the second week, she came home and exclaimed how much she loved swimming and never wanted to leave the pool. I was so proud of her working through something so hard and not giving up!
