Austin loves baseball most for the competition that challenges him to grow, both on and off the field. The game teaches him valuable life lessons that he applies daily, helping him become a better version of himself. Beyond the sport, he deeply values the friendships and unforgettable experiences baseball has given him over the years, making it much more than just a game.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Austin’s biggest inspiration on and off the field is his family. They push him every day by believing in him, no matter the outcome. His father dedicates time daily to practice and teach him baseball, despite a busy schedule. Both his parents work hard to provide him with opportunities, showing Austin that hard work, in any area, leads to achieving goals and future dreams. Their support motivates him to keep improving and striving for success.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The proudest moment in Austin’s athletic journey was overcoming a throwing arm injury just months before the 2025 season. Despite the uncertainty, he stayed dedicated and worked hard to recover. His resilience and refusal to give up showed incredible strength. Using lessons from baseball, he turned a tough setback into a comeback, returning stronger than ever. As his father, witnessing this determination is what makes me most proud of him.
