Ava LOVES the camaraderie. When you have a team that meshes on and off the court, you have gold- literally. They medaled in every tournament and festival for her AAU season.
Ava’s older brothers play/ed college sports and they are her champions. D1 football and volleyball. They discuss nutrition and workouts from afar but they come to as many games as possible.
I’m overwhelmed with pride watching Ava play. Since she is an incredible setter, she plays every minute of every game in school and AAU. Watching her in the 3 day RI Rumble this spring was beyond cool. Despite exhaustion, back and knee issues she never slowed, never let her team down and they overcame 94 teams.
