In softball, I love stepping up to the plate, making big plays on the field, and celebrating with my teammates. What I love most about playing flag football and softball is the fun and excitement that comes with every game. In flag football, I enjoy the fast pace, the strategy, and the challenge of pulling flags instead of tackling. It keeps me moving and thinking. For both sports, being part of a team, making memories, and building friendships are what really make it special for me
My coaches inspire me, on the field, they push me to be my best—whether that’s helping me improve my skills, teaching me how to stay mentally tough, or showing what it means to compete with heart. They lead by example and always believe in us, even when things get tough. Off the field, they inspire me with how much they care—not just about the game, but about us as people. They teach us life lessons, hold us accountable, and remind us to stay humble, work hard, and support one another. Because
One moment that makes me proud in my softball journey was winning the state championship, even though we only had part of our team. It wasn’t easy—we had to step up, trust each other, and play with even more heart than usual. That moment showed me what true grit and teamwork look like.
