Bentley loves the sport of baseball because he is always being challenged. Bentley thrives on a challenge or a bet. His great grandfather started throwing a baseball to him years ago when he began tball and he's always cherished that.
Shohei Ohtani is his biggest inspiration. He wants to be just like him with pitching and hitting.
His mother and I are both extremely proud of our son on and off the field. He is normally in a great mindset of being positive and looking to make the next play. His mother and I would struggle picking one moment because there are a handle full that bring us pride. The one that comes to mind first is knowing how awesome he keeps his composure on the mound. He stays cool calm and collective no matter what is going on during the game. Watching him at 11 stay so focused impresses us the most.
