I love the adrenaline rush when I make a big play, and the feeling of being part of something bigger than myself. Football is such a great mixture of achievement and also the connection with teammates, when we all sync together on the field.
My biggest inspirations are my coaches and teammates, they push me to be better, both on and off the field. On the field, it’s my teammates that have made it to college, seeing their dedication and drive as something to strive for and look forward to. Off the field, it’s my trainer who shows me what hard work, resilience, and balance looks like. Also, my dad that reminds me that it’s not just about the game, it’s about the effort I have to put in every day to reach my goals and dreams.
The proudest moment for me was when he made the varsity team as a freshman and completely dominated. Earning 2nd Team All-League and being ranked 8th in the state as a running back is a huge accomplishment for someone that young. It speaks to his incredible talent, work ethic, and determination he’s just getting started, and the future is bright.
