You decide who will be named Youth Athlete of the Year, featured in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and take home $25,000
He loves playing baseball because in his words “It helps build character” he has grown so much as a person and a player. It helps with discipline as well. He lives to be on that field and to play this game he loves so much.
The latest player to inspire him is Eli Willits who was drafted at 17 years old to the Washington Nationals, Like Eli, Brayden also has a goal to be a 1st round draft pick in high school. Which is why he is dedicated to putting in the extra work in.
The proudest part of this baseball journey has been watching him over come adversity, especially when pitching. He has over come challenge after challenge as a pitcher and a batter, but he always collects himself to get the job done for his team. This past season he ended with 50 strikeouts and watching him pitch always makes me the proudest.
