I love the team work and team building between the coaches & the teammates. I love how we encourage each other to elevate & we help each other succeed individually and as team.
Noel my boxing coach who individually trained me for years. He taught me how to be an athlete by learning the sport of boxing; the hardest of all. He taught me patience, dedication, & self control & discipline. My mom, believes in me more than anyone. She taught me by example to believe in myself& me versus me ,how to come out of my comfort zone & work when others are sleeping. My school& AAU are top notch & they push me bc they believe in me. Their knowledge,&dedication is key to my future.
One moment is this past season in 9th grade at the Prep, he competed in the All Catholic freshman meet in Pennsylvania. He placed 1st in the 800, 1st place in the 4x800, 2nd in Discus and 4th in the 4x400. It was proudest moment as his mother watching him cross that line. I know he felt so good about himself and the work he puts in was finally paying off.
