I don’t really think he has one. He has multiple. Many people have impacted Brian’s outcome in the good and bad. It has caused him to be who he is today.
When he was able to stand in front of his entire team and give them a speech after a hard loss. That was the moment I knew he was going to be a leader. He isn’t the biggest or the best player but he has the best interest for everyone. That makes him a leader.
