Receive Text UpdatesI love gymnastics because it makes me feel unstoppable and truly empowered. The constant encouragement and support from my coaches push me to reach my full potential and believe in myself. I also enjoy the opportunity to travel to different places for competitions, where I get to meet new people and make friends from all over the country. Gymnastics has also helped me grow more confident, especially when performing in front of large crowds.
Trinity and Charleigh from my gym inspire me with their dedication and positive attitude. They always push themselves and encourage others to do the same. My Mommie is my biggest supporter and #1 fan. She’s always cheers me on, no matter the outcome. She encourages me to give my best effort in everything I do and reminds me that setbacks—like falls or mistakes—are just part of the journey. When I’m feeling discouraged, she tells me that those tough moments are opportunities to grow.
One of my proudest moments was during the State competition. I had a tough start when I fell at the very beginning of my beam routine, but instead of letting it shake me, I took a deep breath, refocused, and pushed through with confidence. I was able to finish the rest of my routine cleanly, and despite the early mistake, I still earned a score above a 9.0. It reminded me of my resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
