She enjoys the competition and the chance to win. She loves people and enjoys creating friendships with her teammates and coaches that will last a lifetime.


Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

2 people: Her brother, Brenten, has autism. He loves to watch her play and he cheers for her. To see him overcome daily challenges inspires her to be the best she can be. Coach Bryon Veal. His relentless effort to help her become the best player she can be has motivated her to keep working. He has the perfect combination of encouragement and tough love.


What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The one defining moment that makes me the proudest is when she led her team to the TVBA basketball championship setting the single game scoring record with 45 points in the regional championship, eclipsing the 1,000 point mark in just 3 years, winning the state championship and earning Player of the Year honors for the 2025 season.
