His passion for football is inspiring to his teammate. His dedication to his craft outside of practice and lifting drives his teammates to become more present and accountable.
He is led by parents who always teach him to be accountable and lead by example. Work hard every minute especially when no one is watching. He tends to watch and emulate the smaller undersized athletes whose work ethics is what sets them apart.
We can discuss the big runs and passes. Others have done the same. Proudest moment is watching him after 12 months of physical therapy and grinding workout sessions to ensure his knee is stable and body is strong, walk back out on the field for 7v7.
