What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

He leads by example—locked in at practice, moving with Jordan-like intensity but carrying himself with Barry Sanders’ quiet demeanor. Whether it’s football, 7-on-7, or track, he shows up focused, accountable, and ready to work. His trainers often praise his mentality—laser-sharp, disciplined, and mature beyond his years. He’s a true student of the game who respects the craft and puts in the work so when it’s game time, he can just have fun and let it fly. For Bryce, the process is the reward.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Bryce is inspired by greatness—on the field and in life. He models his explosiveness after Reggie Bush, his game-breaking speed after Tyreek Hill, and his playmaking across football and track. He studies the craft of Larry Fitzgerald and the instincts of Ed Reed, especially in his safety play and ball-hawking mindset. Off the field, Bryce draws inspiration from his family, coaches, friends, community, and trainers—the people who shape his journey and push him to be his best every day.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

When hard work adds up, something special happens—something you can’t plan, only earn. For Bryce, it’s been about the journey. Learning through adversity. Rising in the biggest moments—whether it’s scoring a game-winning touchdown, chasing down a breakaway runner to save six points, or breaking a national record in the 60-meter dash, or scoring 21 TD’s your first year playing tackle. These moments aren’t luck. They’re earned—one rep, one setback, one breakthrough at a time.
