His step father Rasheed inspires him because he works hard as a blue collar worker. Therefore Caiden treats school and sports as his jobs. Show up and do your best.
One moment that makes me very proud is when Caiden fought his fear of pitching this year. He was a fantastic pitcher. Now that he has faced that fear he is open to learn all the positions.
