I love playing basketball because of the competition. I like pushing myself to get better and seeing how I match up against others. I also enjoy learning from other players – watching their moves and improving my own game.
I’m inspired by my mom, my grandfather, Dirk Nowitzki, and my coaches. My mom and grandfather push me to be the best version of myself on and off the court. Dirk Nowitzki inspires me with how hard he worked and stayed loyal to his team. And my coaches motivate me every day to keep improving and reach greater heights.
I’m proud of how hard he’s worked to get to this level. He’s stayed focused on his studies while excelling as a basketball player and being an incredible teammate. He celebrates his teammates’ victories like they’re his own and always carries himself with respect and humility. I’m proud to be his mother and to see the young man he’s becoming both on and off the court.
