I would say his parents. We are from with him on what’s expected of him, but we also let him have fun and figure it out on the way. We teach him that, becoming better will open doors for him in the future but also make him feel good at the end of it all. We praise him all the time on his accomplishments he achieves for himself.
Being able to be a team player and have good sportsmanship. Not everybody wins them all and he understands that. We tell him, your time will come so he isn’t hard on himself for not performing well.
