You decide who will be named Youth Athlete of the Year, featured in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and take home $25,000
Cameron loves volleyball because it makes her happy. She enjoys playing with friends, being part of a team, and having fun every time she steps on the court or in the sand. For her, it’s not just about winning, it’s about having fun and getting better at what she loves.
Cameron is inspired by her cousin Franceska Colocado, who shows her what it means to be a strong, kind leader on and off the court. Through her non-profit, Gear for Greatness, Franceska gives back to young athletes and reminds Cameron that hard work, heart, and helping others matter just as much as winning.
At just 9 years old, Cameron played Libero on the top 11s team at Absolute Volleyball Academy, holding her own against older athletes. She also began playing beach volleyball in May and quickly rose to success, already ranked among the top in her age group—showcasing her drive, adaptability, and love for the game both indoors and on the sand.
