What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

I love gymnastics and cheer because they challenge me in every way—balance on beam, strength on bars, power in vault, and it all comes together on floor. Cheer needs it all too! I’ve grown so much with my teammates, and their support has shaped me into the athlete I am. I love cheering them on just as much as performing myself!

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

From the moment I first stepped into a gym, nervous and unsure, my mom has been my unwavering source of strength. She's more than just supportive — she's my loudest cheerleader, whether I’m hitting a personal record or struggling to finish a set. In and out of the gym, her belief in me never wavers. When frustration hits and self-doubt creeps in, my mom is there witha warm smile, knowing look, and the perfect words to lift me up. She reminds me that every setback is just a setup for a comeback

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

I’ve never been prouder of my daughter than in the moments she falls short but stays positive. When she misses a skill at a meet or competition, she doesn’t give up—she cheers louder for her teammates, learns from it, and pushes forward with even more determination. Her resilience, grace, and team spirit show me that success isn’t just about winning, but how you grow through challenges.
