Carter shows leadership. He goes to the gym, attends extra practices and watches videos to try to improve himself. Stays positive.

With wrestling- Carter did a move which didn’t turn out how it should have and caused some pain for the other wrestler. He immediately let go without being told and checked on the boy to make sure he was ok. Match continued and finished and Carter won- other boy was tearful he lost and Carter gave him a hug and told him good job.
