Carter has always been inspired by his Pa, who passed away this spring. His Pa was always the first to congratulate his on after a great game and the first to console him after a loss. He is greatly missed by everyone in the family.
Carter is overcame so many obstacles in his athletic journey, from his small stature to his many injuries, seemingly plugging him each season. Last year, Carter suffered a broken ankle during a basketball game. This kept him from competing for more than six weeks. after finally healing up, he has excelled on the basketball court , baseball and football field. He's a tough kid.
