My son loves the game of football because it gives him a chance to prove who he is and who he is becoming on and off the field. He is one of the varsity 5 captains and he gets to be a leader to his teammates and the younger guys and show them how to lead and he loves bringing joy to peoples hearts.
Who inspires my son is his dad as they share so much love for this sport and he is always trying to make his dad happy. His dad also went to the same school and played on the same field and wore the same number and watching them share that is amazing.
The moment that makes me the proudest is when he was in little league and they had just won the super bowl the team was cheering and mocking the other team while my son was helping the other team up and shaking hands with them. That really showed me what kind of man he would be.
