Receive Text UpdatesWhat I love most about sports is how they constantly push me to grow—not just as an athlete, but as a person. I’m a straight-A student who loves competition, but it’s the friendships, team bonds, and shared goals that make it all worth it. Sports have shaped who I am, and I’m proud to give back. If I’m honored with this award, a portion will go to help other young athletes in my community follow their passion and chase their dreams like I’ve been able to!
My teammates, community, and fellow girl athletes inspire me to keep pushing. When I see my teammates grinding at practice, I want to match their effort. When the community shows up to cheer us on, I feel their pride and belief. And when I watch other girls breaking barriers in sports, I believe I can too. They remind me that sports aren’t just about wins—they’re about lifting each other up, growing together, and showing that with hard work, we belong anywhere.
My proudest moment was leading my team to the 4th round of the Softball Western Regionals and being on ESPN. I pitched with everything I had, finishing with a tournament-best 34 strikeouts and a 1.75 ERA. Competing on a national stage, representing my community, and helping my team make history is something I’ll never forget!
