What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

She loves the discipline and competition of taekwondo.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Her Taekwondo Master Christianny Lima inspires her because she was one of the first female taekwondo competitors in Brazil and she had to compete in a sport dominated by men. She was able to win sparring tournaments. This encouraged Chelsea to follow the same path and be confident when she competes. That with discipline and hard training she can be the best in the sport.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Her first sparring competition she ever fought in and she was put against a girl taller than her and she won first place for the gold medal. It was a great and proud moment to see her sparr and defeat her own nervousness as well as win.
